Unfortunately I didn’t really like the colour of the pendant I was sent initially - obviously this can happen with natural products! - however Regina was so helpful in helping me to pick out a replacement, even sending me short videos showing alternative stones at different angles so I could decide which one I liked best. So pretty! And very good quality! My only complaint is that the chain options did not include my favorite 24” chain, so I bought a shorter chain, which I will give to my pre-teen niece. Things work out. 😊
